Umbraco Forms is storing records on db while StoreUmbracoFormsInDb is set to false
I've installed Umbraco Forms v8.7.1 in a complete new website, I've noticed that all records are been saved on db, but in configuration the StoreUmbracoFormsInDb seting is set to false.
Maybe you've misunderstood the docs? Form responses will always be persisted in the DB; the setting refers to the definition of the forms themselves (the JSON format files persisted in App_Data\UmbracoForms\Data...).
