Hi, we created UmbracoForms with Custom Fields. we have a security issue in all forms in the site.

when submitting the form with custom fields and got validation error it appears that the input data stored on application scope. ** another user that enter the same form on different computer sees the input data from my form.

** on success submit the data deleted from both browsers.

I tried to upgrade and downgrade to different UmpbracoForms with the same result.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
