    Umbraco 8.12.2 hangs when restarting

    Hi,

    We have a site running on an Azure App Service that I've recently upgraded to 8.12.2. Twice since the upgrade the site has restarted itself (always at 1:26am) and failed to fully boot up but doesn't throw any errors in the log file:

    Azure doesn't show any server errors around these times either.

    Has anyone seen this issue before or any tips on where to investigate?
