Hi, So we have had permissions set up for quite a while. I set up Users as our content admins in which I put them into a User Group. In this group I have 4 content admins in which they have the ability to publish nodes and writers can just to the "Send for Approval".

Our issue is that only 2 of the 4 users receive emails coming out of Umbraco for notifications for the "Send for Approval". I even went into the DB to find the 'action' in the "umbracoUser2NodeNotify" table, and all users that have the ability to get the notifications have an "H" next to them. Which I don't know what the "H" stands for but all the users that have that, have the ablity to receive the "Send for Approval" notifications.
We checked our relay server and followed traffic in there and we only see 2 of the 4 users being sent the notifications. Is there anything the log we can see to see who got sent notifictions? Anything we can track down on who got the emails sent to them directly from Umbraco?
