    cant install without web site, do not get the option, tried with different e-mail adresses and different passwords

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    I have problems installing a new, I have one to test on, and wanted a new to be the right one. the test one is without a website, but I can not install a new one without it. I use NuGet I also get this now every time (image) error every time, whats is happeningenter image description here

    There are also I legacy NuGet installed with Umbraco that prevent 8.13 Umbraco getting a bit tired of this
