    Why am i getting this reference error when trying to display RTE content?

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Im getting this error both in and out of html.raw. Im using Umbraco8.

    It seems like you are missing references Tom.

    Could you screenshot your project references in Visual Studio?

    It looks like you are missing System.Web.Mvc and related dlls which suggests there is an issue with how the project/solution was created.

    I have put a bit of time in to this project, is there any way to fix this other than starting again?

    To be honest it would be quicker starting again and copying over files. If Umbraco and MVC isn't installed correctly you'll just waste more time.
