Currently, we have a production app service with Local Cache enabled in Azure. Our current dilemma is that each time we make changes to the backoffice and later have the app service restarted, the changes to the backoffice are lost.

Has anyone dealt with this and how did you work to resolve the issue? Ideally, we would like to keep the Local Cache setting enabled on our production app service.

I've looked through the community forums and had not come across a similar resolved issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as well as calling out the documentation that may help out too!
