    vanilla install of Umbraco 8.13 on azure app_service is having constant CPU spikes

    Any clues as to why a vanilla install of Umbraco 8.13 on azure app_service is having constant cpu spikes (no load, no active users, an unreleased blank [no starter kit] with no development just yet...) all azure related config settings applied

    My guess would be tasks that does cleanup / cache refresh etc.

    You can dive deeper into what parts the app_service is using the cpu - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/8428/how-do-i-find-which-app-service-is-consuming-a-hig.html

    So checking those and the metrics report <18.6% yet the alert set on the resource pool for cpu % is firing at >80% for 15mins???

    (have to set the alert on the resource group as don't have cpu% on app_service alerts, only cpu time...)

    Same instance.. same time period.. and wildly different CPU% reported??
