Umbraco Cloud Content Compare Difference Between Dev and Stage.

Is there anyway to compare content difference between development and staging environment in Umbraco Cloud Databases? e.g. "Home" content changed in dev environment to "Homepage" is there any way that I can compare the difference between dev and stage in umbraco db backend?
I agree, that would be valuable improvement. I have written (internal) code which compares all the nodes of Dev vs Live and outputs a CSV file higlighting which nodes are newer, older, missing, etc., but I don't have any code which shows the diffs within a content node.
I'm in Umbraco 7 and here a similar feature is needed for comparing old versions of content nodes as well (behind the Audit feature in the back office). Has there been any improvements to this in V8/V9?
