I have both the Umbraco database and another database on the same Azure SQL Server. The firewall settings for the SQL Server is set to minimum TLS Version 1.2. I've set an Umbraco Forms PreValue Source to SQL Database and I pass the OldeDB compatible string. All works correctly on my dev machine. When I deploy to an Azure web app (same connection string), the Pre Value source do not load and I'm getting this exception:

Here's a summary of what tried so far:

• Tried forcing TLS 1.2 in Umbraco even if according to this article TLS 1.2 should be enabled by default in V8, I implemented a mix of this and this
• Tried reducing the minimum TLS version for the SQL server

I'm reading that SQLOLEDB doesn't support TLS 1.2 (yet why does it work on my dev machine?) and it should be replaced with MSOLEDBSQL. But that provider is not installed.

Has anyone faced this issue before?
