I received an email saying "Thanks for purchasing Umbraco Forms!" but then there's nothing listed in "Manage licenses". This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last year (as this is the 2nd Umbraco site I've developed). I've messaged support with no response as of yet and the client is waiting. What's going on?
I would advise using the online chat on Umbraco.com to get a response on this. There should be a chat icon appear in the bottom right of the homepage once the page has finished loading :-)
