v8.15.x will not save data, causes IIS Worker process to consume high CPU
I have a working umbraco version 8.14.1 system running on MS SQL Server. When I upgrade this to umbraco version 8.15.0 or 8.15.1 the conversion completes and I can view the web site, but when I try to save any content, the Save button circle never stops and the data is NOT saved to the database. When looking at system processes I see that IIS Worker is extremely high CPU use around 30-60% depending on system (I have two systems, that have this same problem) . I am not seeing anything unusual in the database Umbraco.Log table or log files in AppData.
One other interesting note is that the new data I entered into the Content section and tried to save appears to be saved somewhere because it appears in the content section as an admin even after a reboot. But the new data is not rendered to the web interface of the end user
