Rich Text Editor Media Picker Disallow Folder Select

I'm using Umbraco Version 7.x. Can someone please tell me how to configure the Rich Text Editor so that the media picker allows me to click into folders? I can do this for the media picker datatype by disallowing folder select, but how do I do it on the RTE?
