    Bulk Obsolete DataType Conversion

    Is there some automated way that will allow me to update all of the below obsolete datatypes to their replacements? Perhaps a SQL query that I can run? I'm working on migrating a 7.15 site over to 8, but it is still using many of the pre-7.6 data types due to their breaking changes.

    Umbraco.MediaPicker -> Umbraco.MediaPicker2

    Umbraco.MultiNodeTreePicker -> Umbraco.MultiNodeTreePicker2

    Umbraco.ContentPicker -> Umbraco.ContentPicker2

    Umbraco.MemberPicker -> Umbraco.MemberPicker2
