Seem to have found a bug in our sites running on 8.15 and was wondering if anyone else has discovered this too?
When attempting to create new users via invite, or resending password I get the following error and the crashes the application pool taking down the site.
I have tried using the same Mailgun SMTP account we have been using (and settings) since this was working back in 8.12 as well as AWS SES creds too - both cause the same issue.
Have tried on 3 different projects - same issue.
Have checked on 8.15.1, 8.15.2 and 8.16.0
This is occuring on local dev machines and staging servers - all I can seem to find is very generic crash info from the Windows event log, nothing in Umbraco's logging
