Apologies for the basic manner of my question but I was wondering whether anyone can help? I sit on the 'theory' side rather than the developer side so please excuse any ignorance.
We are looking at using Umbraco to replace our CRM - I appreciate we can use plugins / packages to give us some of that functionality but one part of our current CRM seems not to be available and I was wondering whether Umbraco's native functionality could help.
We run a Customer Service centre that takes phone calls and carries out tasks using internal .net forms for them. As part of this process we need to record how long our agent has been on the phone. We need to be able to start a timer at the point of starting a 'form' (this can be a manual interaction if needed) collecting information like Contact Type. department, service type and outcome and then at the point of picking an 'outcome' the timer stops. Then all the information from that form along with the time taken be able to be outputted into a database table for audit purposes.
Activity Timer for Form completion
Hi All,

Happy to elaborate further if needed.
