    cannot install starterkit on umbraco 7 15 7

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    I can't install the default starterkit on umbraco 7.15.7. When I try to install the package I shortly see the following screen for a second but it immediatly jumbs back to the packages overview.

    So it immediatly jumps back to this screen

    Any Idea what could cause this problem?
