    Error Loading Welcome Dashboard

    Anyone notice issues today with The Welcome screen , not sure if is related to the change Azure made for TLS .

    Error getting dashboard CSS from "https://dashboard.umbraco.org/css/dashboard.css?section=content" System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).
