How can I make it possible to use SVG files as images? I can't do this when using the Image Media Picker, the svg-images are disabled in the picker.
I have already found it. Go to settings, data types and choose the Image Media Picker. There, add Vector graphics (SVG) to the Accepted Types.
"Vector Graphics (SVG)" isn't an available type for me?
Are u using Umbraco 9?
Yes 9, but an upgraded 8 database. Maybe a migration hasn't been applied?
Hello,
How do you render the svg file in the frontend when it is under a list view item?
Hi Andrew.
Umbraco 8, also had this feature.
First you need to create a Vector Graphics (SVG) media type under MediaTypes in Settings.
As the umbracoFile property, you need to create a datatype (File upload) that allows svg extensions.
After that you will be able to pick it as an (accepted types).
