What exactly do you need to do? One way is to add service reference of Saleforce webservice and make needed operation from code
exactly i need the steps to integrate Salesforce. Right now I don't know where to start. thank Yakov Lebski
The first step is to find WSDL for salesforce - I believe you can find it here
After it, you need to add it to your project, by adding Service Reference
Next step - to integrate it in needed place
