I have a primary Umbraco website, and I want to use doctypes and templates from that website on my new Umbraco website.
I just think it would be more efficient this way as the doctypes and templates are the same, it is for the contact us page and team page, etc...
I created a package on the primary site with desired items, also imported it into the second site but now, how do I use the package on the second site?

If i'm understanding your request correctly - usync is the answer as it is perfect for porting al the data/doctypes/etc… from one site to another and it has the missing element which is the import functionality.
It works perfectly, it's well tested and we all owe @KevinJump(+jumoo/+contributors) a juice box and a high-five for this essential tool for umbraco dev.
