TinyMCE validElements configuration for each property

I am trying to find a way to configure TinyMCE so that I can have different validElements configuration for different Rich Text Editor properties. Let's say I want the property on Page A to allow all elements (configured in tinyMceConfig.config). And on Page B i only want to allow p, strong and a. How could I do this?
I could remove them before the page renders but it would be nicer if TinyMCE handled this so that I don't have to filter the HTML code.
