Umbraco 9, startup.cs compiled to a DLL? And which one? Security Headers
I am trying to set up a startup.cs with the security settings in the configuration method.
Is the startup.cs file compiled into the "projectName.dll"?
I don't want to have to deploy the whole site again just to make these updates. Just the DLL.

Also, would Umbraco stub in or put in some configuration for Security headers in the startup.cs so they are already there and we can edit from there. Some standard ones would be super helpful if they are already in there, or even there but commented out.
