Background info: Setup was done in VS2022 as VS2019 docent have the templates for umbraco9.
If I run this from VS2022 on chrome or Edge docent matter, once logged out can not relog in. For some reason password text box continually resets to "Password123" which is not the password.
If I open and run the solution from VS2019 doesn't mater if its chrome or Edge I can log in to backoffice with correct password multiple times. The down side is that it takes 10 times plus long to run the solution.
New Umbraco9 installation
Just installed for the first time umbraco9.1.3
Try to get started on first project issue is that as soon as I log out I cant login again.
Changed to using simple Password123 to prove it.
to get in I delete the connection string re run and setup the database string on the way.
logout got redo the sequence.
same effect on chrome and edge.
running on a local setup with visual studio 2022

Figured it out for some reason event though the edit boxes on the login are filled they are not recognised.
Retyping both the user name and password solved the issue.
