What are the reasons you would obtain the graphic and boot error after uploading site to azure? Is it related to a database connection string or would there be another issue?
Yes whenever I get a boot error the first thing I do is check the connection string, update it and restart the site.
Yes, the issue was the connection string and in azure sql the database was not communicating with other app services due to a firewall setting.
