Upgrade umbraco 7.5.4 to any version doesn't work "error during installation"

    Hello,

I have a webite currently running v7.5.4 and I'd like to go to last minor of v8.

I'd like to go first to 7.15.7, but everytime I update the package and let the automatic process works, I have an error. I've tried different minors, but I get the same error everytime. Even going to 7.5.6 gives me the error.

I've updated the nuget package, removed the rewriting rules in the config (saw in other posts that it could give errors), I cleaned bin, cache, but everytime I click continue on the update page, I get the error.

Here is what I get from the log file and different screenshots.

error automatic step network network detail 1 network detail 2 enter image description here

It's redirecting to a GET of /api/PostPerformInstall that doesn't seem to exist.

Does anyone know how can I make it work? I've tried everything I could find in the forum, but I'm still stuck. Log4net config is set to "All", but I don't get much tips regarding the error.

    Thanks for you help
