    Create User in Backend is missing

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Hi, on my local instance and on quality environment everything works fine. But on PRODUCTION environment, i can't create User in the Umbraco Backend. I only see the invite user tab - look in my screenshotenter image description here. is this maybe a configuration setting missing or security issue? thanks for your help and kind regards,

    I guess you are on cloud - you can only invite users then.

    Unless you uninstall Umbraco Cloud Identity packages, which is unsupported btw :)

    Hi Søren, thats right, we are on cloud, but we have multiple sites on cloud and it is possible that this depends on the umbraco version? For one project it works with version 8.17.2, but not with 8.17.3.

    Hi Andy,

    It depends if you are using Umbraco ID for logging in or not. Older projects did not have Umbraco ID, but newer ones do.
