Like does it throw an error (if so what is the error), or will it give you an image url, but the image wont show up with the crop sizes you want?
If it's the image cropping isn't working (so the URL is right, but the image isn't lookng right), be sure to check your /config/imageprocessor/security.config settings to make sure the imageprocessor has access to where your media is stored.
