We recently had an incident where a customer restructured the media library (just created new folders and moved images into the new folders, nothing major), and ever since then the images have been having problems displaying.

I've tried rebuilding the database and reloading the cache which works for a bit until it randomly breaks again. I can also trigger it everytime if I rebuild models or sometimes when I save an image anew in the media library. Thing is, I don't get any exceptions or logs that indicate any errors.

If I restart the site in IIS, the same problem arises until I reload the cache.

Moving the images from one folder then back to the original folder will also make the images in that folder display correctly in the corresponding media picker where it is chosen, but again when rebuilding models or when saving an image it will break again.

Any ideas? This is Umbraco v8.0.1
