We have a site running Umbraco 7.14. The client had been using content templates to create similar nodes.
They had around 20 templates stored that they used regularly until recently when they were deleting old nodes for the first time and all the content templates disappeared.
I can see the content templates still in the site files however they do not show up as an option when creating a new node, the only option is blank.
The user has full permission and no dev work has been carried out on the site recently, the client had been using the templates just before they started deleting nodes. Has anyone seen anything similar to this before?
Content templates of other types are still available to use when creating nodes elsewhere on the site so it is just this one.
Managed to resolve this. There were 2 duplicate content templates saved and this was causing the error. Deleting them allowed the content editor to use the content templates again.
