The short answer is "Yes you probably can".
To override labels like that in the CMS you need to set up a custom language file for each language you want to override it for. You also then need to identify the correct "key", for the text you want to change - the easiest way to do this is look into the core language files for that specific bit of text.
At a quick search I couldn't find where the text comes from but if you examine the back office, and then cross reference that with the Umbraco Source code you'll probably find the answer. Sorry I don't have capacity to keep looking for you though.
