I cannot upload any media to any folder in Media. When I try I get the error "Cannot upload this file, the media type with alias 'Image' is not allowed here" but in Folder Media Type, Image is allowed as child item.
I also cannot upload media to media picker.
I am using 8.18.4. Can somebody help me out? I could not find where to look.
there was <char org="I">i</char> line to stop Umbraco using small ı for URL's with capital I. I think the name Image was somehow was affected by that and images could not be created in media folder.

found the problem and the solution:
I am using
