Hi everyone

We have a larger form with a group parts for old address (name, street, city,...), new address (name, street, city,...), private address and so on.

The field labels in this blocks have mostly the same name, so it is sometimes hard to see in the sent e-mail, which street is new, which old, which private.

How I can't see the group titles in the E-Mail?

Do I really need to name the field labels i.e. streetold, streetnew, street_private or to add a question field "title and description" between every block?
