We recently updated our Umbraco 10 site to Umbraco 10.2 and our Umbraco Forms to 10.1.1 and we noticed that the Umbraco Forms Picker is not working correctly.
Every time you click on the form picker it does this:
It won't actually let you choose a form.
I've tried clearing the site cache and my own personal browser cache and still it won't work properly.

This is happening to me as well. I'm on Umbraco Cloud.
This has been noted, and we're investigating the issue. An issue has been created on the issue tracker, here.

We've released a patch to NuGet that will resolve this issue, available here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Umbraco.Forms/10.1.2
It will be rolled out as an auto-upgrade on Cloud for anyone running 10.1.X on Tuesday 20th September.
