Forms missing render types

Hi,

I have just upgraded forms from 8.12.2 to 13.0 and when I go in to the back office I am getting a message saying the following is missing:

/appplugins/umbracoforms/Backoffice/common/rendertypes/workflowSummary.html /appplugins/umbracoforms/Backoffice/common/rendertypes/number.html /app_plugins/umbracoforms/Backoffice/common/rendertypes/workflowSummary.html

Up to the point I upgraded to forms version 13.x form where working, how can I get back the missing render types,

I can't migrate from umbraco 8 to 10 like Darren did

Sorry I did not fix it.

This was happening when I was doing an upgrade from Umbraco 8 to 10. It still broken in the 8 site, but the 10 site working.

Sorry I know that dose not help.

- think this was been caused by one of our customs work flows, once it was added and updated then it fixed it. It been a while since I did the update. *
