On restart, Umbraco wants to update, on click, admin is logged in
Hello, I am having a big issue with my small site. I have an Umbraco 10.3.1, updated via nuget packets, deployed to Linux nginx, it asked me about database upgrade and I did it.
However, every time my server is restarted, I get Umbraco upgrade screen. I tried to set UpgradeUnattended to true, but I again get the upgrade screen.
Biggest issue is that anyone that visits site after restart (not even logged in) and clicks Continue on ugrade, gets logged in as administrator to /umbraco

I really need help with this, this is a major security issue. Everytime server is restarted, anyone who opens website first is logged in as admin.
I have 2 sites like this (this is incognito mode):

Just checking, are you certain this occurs for anyone accessing the site from another machine and not just you from your machine?
Yes, everyone that opens the site, even from my mobile phone, that I never used to log into administration, gets logged in.
I can repeat this process as many times I want.
Umbraco is hosted on Ubuntu / Nginx.
I've not tried Umbraco on Linux myself so can't offer much help currently I'm afraid ☹️
Sounds like this problem, but that should have been fixed already... https://umbraco.com/blog/security-advisory-september-6-2022-patch-is-now-available/.
I have version 11, and this keeps happening.
Does anyone know from what place is the source for this information?
is working on a reply...
