Is there a recommended approach/plugin/etc for getting content staging to work with Umbraco? By content staging, I mean having the ability to store infrastructure items such as compositions, doctypes, editor definitions, etc as serialized items in source control for easy synchronization between environments?
I haven't been able to locate any, and I'm curious how people handle this challenge in their projects.

Update, just found uSync. This is the only free option I can see...is this a reliable solution?
Yes, uSync is fantastic. I've been using it for many years.
It doesn't deploy for you, just serializes the database items for you, right? I'm about to install it and try it out...
