Creating a CMS package in Umbraco 10

We are looking to create a CMS package for Umbraco 10. We have something in version 8 - using AngularJS and Controllers etc but we were looking for guidance on how we could approach this in 10 and beyond.

Are there any examples on how to do a simple search in the CMS for 10?
