I have got an odd error in Umbraco 10 with the lastes buiold of forms for version 10.

When I add a question and then add a second question that uses a condition based on the 1st question it now showing the answers to Q1 in the condition builder for Question 2.

Example:

In the question we have set up a yes / no answer.

Now we add the second question and add a condition and as you can see there is no drop down with YES/NO all I have is a text area

if I say put in the answer as 'no' then I get the following

But ones I have submited the question and then saved it and go back in I get

There is a drop down and no value set.

At this point I have to choose a value from the drop down before it will work.

Is this a bug or is this the way froms now works in V10. I have been advised in other versions of Umbraco Many V8 that most of our sites are created in you do not have to do it that way.
