    Is migrating from Umbraco 8.18.5 to Umbraco 11.0.0 supported?

    Hello,

    When trying to use a V8.18.5 SQL Server Database with a new V11 installation I have the following error:

    -> Umbraco.Cms.Core.Exceptions.BootFailedException: An error occurred while running the unattended upgrade. The database configuration failed with the following message: The migration plan does not support migrating from state "{03482BB0-CF13-475C-845E-ECB8319DBE3C}".

    Is migrating from Umbraco 8.18.5 to Umbraco 11.0.0 supported?

    BTW The migration from Umbraco V8 to V10 is working.

    I think you need to do 8->10->11 rather than just 8->11

    This is the conclusion I had arrived at but I would have liked an official status or a link to a document specifying it.

    I'm glad I (finally) ran into this thread. I've been spending days trying to upgrade from V8.18 to V11, only to find that I need to go to V10 first. It's now installing/upgrading....
