    Umbraco Forms install bricks Umbraco

    Hi Umbraco gurus!

    I have an Umbraco 10 solution which is running great. The solution has gone through the following upgrade path:

    Umbraco 8.17 -> 8.18.4 Umbraco 8.18.4 -> Umbraco 10.0.1

    The old 8.17 solution had Umbraco Forms installed - but this has been removed during the upgrade (as it wasn't needed). Now Umbraco Forms is needed again, so I installed the Umbraco.Forms NuGet package, which instantly makes the site fail with the following error message: 

    BootFailedException: Boot failed: Umbraco cannot run. See Umbraco's log file for more details. -> Umbraco.Cms.Core.Exceptions.BootFailedException: The migration plan does not support migrating from state "6822cdca-1dc4-4983-b189-9c45314e8747"

    If I uninstall the Umbraco.Forms NuGet package, the error goes away. Has anybody experienced this behavior before? And maybe even have a fix?

    I should note, that I also tried upgrading the solution to Umbraco 11 and installed the newest Umbraco.Forms 11. Gives the exact same result.
