Simple contact us for with a checkbox list that askes for the preferred contact method (email, phone, text).
The email address field is a conditional based on that checkbox value. It does show the field correctly with the conditional.
When watching the post back the post data contains the email field value.
The value is NOT stored in the entries database and does not have a value in the email template.
This field is NOT set to sensitive data.
Where is the value going ?
