Purchasing Umbraco Form licence, Invalid licence warning and support team unreachable
We have recently purchased a new umbraco form licence for one of our domains but we can't get it to work - we have "invalid licence" warning in the backoffice.
The .lic file's been placed in the /bin folder. Do i need any other configuration? - although i think the problem is elsewhere.
Upon a further investigation we found out we have possibly purchased a wrong type licence. We've created a new licence under another of our existing licenses in umbraco console as opposed to creating a standalone licence. That's where we think it may be the issue.
Unfortunately we have no way of editing that. We have tried contacting the support team but we haven't heard back nor received a confirmation email on the ticket.
Our go live depends on this. I was hoping i can grab somebody's attention with this post.
