A user has uploaded a media file to the media section.
A media-item created, with the right filename, filesize, dimensions.
It has a path to an image too.
But the path doesn't exist. The folder mentioned in the media-item doesn't exist in the media folder. The file can't be found in any other folder either.
What's going on here? Why does the media-item have all this information about the file, but no file?
No errors in the log too.
This user e-mailed me the images, and I seem to be able to upload them without a problem. Both as new media-items, or by removing the file from a media item and upload it again.

we're having a weird problem with a U9.5 site.
A user has uploaded a media file to the media section. A media-item created, with the right filename, filesize, dimensions. It has a path to an image too.
