I'm uploading a 63mb mp4 file to the Umbraco 10 backend, however, it keeps spinning when hitting save.
Line is no issue for starters.
Have I missed something?

I think you need to make some configuration changes for this to work. See the documentation

To others, the web.config is not created per default in Umbraco 10 Cloud and should be added to the root folder of the solution, not the wwwroot though, but the parent folder to wwwroot.
After that it works as expected.
