We have a licence for Umbraco Forms that is registered to the domain liverpool.gov.uk. We're currently in active development so also have a staging site set up at beta.liverpool.gov.uk; but we're unable to get the licence to work on the beta site. I can enter my user details in the Umbraco Forms section of the admin, and it finds my licences but says none of them are valid for the beta.liverpool.gov.uk.
Are Umbraco Forms not valid for subdomains? If not, is it possible to have the development domain for our liverpool.gov.uk licence reset to beta.liverpool.gov.uk?
Thanks,
Mike Ranscombe
PS I've tried logging this via the form on umbraco.com on the Umbraco Forms/Contour licencing page, but the form doesn't appear to be submitting properly.
I've previously had issues like these solved by emailing [email protected] (or use the support chat on the umbraco.com site) - it should be possible to add the missing domain to the license.
