Hello All,
we are trying to store data into a database using a form
Table is already created using this https://prnt.sc/VIIaQaKZyfuy
But when we open the page content form then we got an error like below

=> I'm not able to find any reference related data-source file from the form section. I'm creating a form using create form in data source file but its not connected!
