Is it a while since you logged in or is this the first time?
Which version of Umbraco is it?
Does this appear 'after' you have provided your Username and Password?
Do you have access to the file system that the site is on, if so, then I think, within App_data folder there should be a Logs folder and within that a log file that might give you a more specific error...
I say 'think' cos it looks like you have selected Version 4 which is ancient, and I can't completely remember when log files started being written to disk! and if its a really really old version of 4, then there might be a database table calls logs or similar where the error is written to.
The annoying thing is I'm sure I've seen this before - but like ten years ago! and I can't remember, what fixes it, it might be something like restarting the site or visiting
Server Error in '/' Application.
When i try to login to Umbraco for my site, I get this error. I'm not familiar with Umbraco at all, so I have no clue how to troubleshoot this issue.

and press the green republish button.
