Upgrade From Umbraco 8 to Umbraco 10 - Memory Cache has to be run manually on site startup
I've upgraded a site from Umbraco 8.18.7 to Umbraco 10 but on site startup the site has no content - the memory cache needs to be manually run, and then the frontend magically appears.
1) is there a way to automatically run a memory refresh in the startup.cs?
2) even better, what might be causing the site to lose content for the front end.

I found this post, where someone indicates a similar a problem in the final post https://our.umbraco.com/forum/umbraco-8/96514-reload-cache-method
Background - to upgrade, I created a new Umbraco 10 site in visual studio, then changed the database to the Umbraco 8.
is working on a reply...
