    Plumber ERROR : Document type approvals require a license

    I am getting this error Document type approvals require a license when running locally and I make attempt to amend Settings option Edit site URL on the workflow tab in umbraco backoffice.

    Workflow -> Settings -> Edit site URL

    Plumber 2.1.2 with Umbraco 8.17.2

    Do I need a license on my local machine to amend Settings options?
